Black Onduline roof (other colours optional extra)
Black upvc guttering on front of building only
18mm (3/4”) moisture resistant kick boarding
Fixed Perspex glazed windows covered with galvanised mesh
Bottom doors only with anti chew strip
Eaves height 2.36m (7’ 8”) on single brick damp course
Apex height 3m (10’) approx
